Stall prices for 2026

This year the three trading days will be 23rd Oct/ 24th Oct/25th Oct 2026. There is a set up day on Thursday 22nd October. The event will be at St Helen and St Katharine on Faringdon Road in Abingdon (due to the refurbishment of the Abbey Buildings.)

Stall prices are for the three days inclusive of  equipment as listed. 

Electric may not be possible for all stall spaces so it is important that you make it clear if you need electric when submitting your registration form.  To be fair to those who are not having electric, this will be charged as a separate item this year. (£10 + VAT)

STALL OPTIONS:

Please note all prices will have 20% VAT added to them as required by HMRC.

Single table  £165 (1 table and 2 chairs provided) 

Two tables set in an L shape £255 (2 tables and 2 chairs provided) Frontage is the length of one table plus the width of the second table.

Two tables set alongside each other forming a double frontage stall. £285. (2 tables and 2 chairs provided)

Double frontage as above plus a third table forming an L shape (£315 (3 tables and 2 chairs provided) Frontage is the length of two tables plus the width of the end table.

Gazebo outside in the Courtyard £110 (1 table, 2 chairs and 3m x 3m gazebo with sides and zip up front provided- extra tables £8.50 each)

All tables are around 180cm long and 60cm wide.

 

If you are invited to demonstrate your stall set up will be bespoke and arranged via email.

If you have exhibited with us before please fill in the form so that we know you want to attend this year - we can then ensure that your stall is included in the layout planning.

If you are new to the event we will need to run through our vetting process so please fill in the form and then also send an email to crafts@abingdoneventspartnership.co.uk to introduce yourself and your work to us, ideally with some pictures.
